The position is positioned in the Place of work of Laptop and Communications Devices (OCCS), Techniques Engineering Department (STB), Community Engineering Section (NES).

Obligations:

• Provide as a complex professional in examining and implementing the ongoing network functions of NIH focus on architecture.
• Strategy, style, build, handle, and increase network systems.
• Program screening/analysis and set up of products to consist of commercially offered hardware and program.
• Participate in assignments involving the application of digital communications strategies and typical neighborhood place community technologies, which include base band and broadband media, switches, bridges, routers, media obtain protocols, and interfacing techniques.
• Give abilities in Area Spot Network and Wide Place Community components, network design and protocols these as IP, IPX, AppleTalk, IGRP, EIGRP, RIP, BGP and/or OSPF.
• Configure and enhance network servers, hubs, routers, and switches.
• Configure, sustain, and troubleshoot network units together with laptop components, communications devices and application computer software in aid of a demand pushed 24 x 7 work environments.
• Produce contingency and recovery options.
